Returns and exchanges are only accepted for serious quality issues or lost shipments.
Some items are not eligible for return. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, are not eligible for return. We also do not accept items containing intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please note that returns and exchanges are not available for items purchased in the wrong size.
If you order an item that is the wrong size or does not meet your expectations, we cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
We do not offer refunds for orders paid online.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders paid upon delivery.
All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will respond to your order within 7 business days.
