Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the event of serious product quality issues or shipment loss.
Some items cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines are not eligible for return. We also do not accept products containing intimate or hygiene articles, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that if you purchase the wrong size, returns and exchanges are not possible.
If you order an item that is the wrong size or not as expected, we cannot refund, exchange or replace it.
We do not offer refunds for orders paid online.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for cash on delivery orders.
All costs associated with return shipping or exchange are borne by the customer.
Returns and exchanges must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will respond to your order within 7 business days.
